    Structur’d Producer Application

We do not just recruit agents.
    We build producers.

Apply to join a coach-supported producer development path built around employer education, structured practice, weak spot repair, readiness review, and trust-first conversations.

If you want to be handed a script and forgotten, this is not the place. If you want structure, coaching, repetition, and a real path to become useful in the field, start here.

Application does not guarantee acceptance, licensing, contracting, appointments, compensation, or placement.
    The Producer Development Problem

    Most people are recruited.
    Few are actually developed.

Too many new agents are brought into the industry with excitement, a login, a few scripts, and very little structure. Then they are expected to figure out licensing, employer conversations, follow-up, compliance, documentation, and confidence on their own.

Structur’d was built to change that.
    They get scattered training.
    They skip the fundamentals.
    They avoid practice.
They repeat the same weak spots.
    They confuse activity with readiness.
They leave before they ever become producers.
    The Structur’d Difference

This is producer development with an operating system.

Structur’d is building a different kind of producer environment — one where skill is developed, weak spots are visible, coaching is structured, and readiness is earned before bigger conversations are opened.

    Structured Training

You know what to work on next instead of guessing.

    Real Practice

You are not just watching videos. You are answering, explaining, roleplaying, reviewing, and improving.

    Weak Spot Repair

Missed concepts are not ignored. They become focused development work.

    Coach + Senior Agent Support

You are supported by people who understand the field, not left alone with a login.

    Readiness Gates

Access expands as readiness improves. Gates protect clients, producers, and the company.

    Trust-First Communication

We train producers to clarify, educate, and document — not pressure.

    The Employer Program

Learn to help employers see what is hiding in their payroll and benefits structure.

Structur’d Review focuses on the Employer Program — a structured review for companies evaluating payroll-funded benefits, FICA savings, employee value, compliance requirements, and implementation fit.

This is not a quote-first benefits conversation.
This is a structure-first employer review.

The Employer Program requires careful, compliant communication. Producers are trained to educate, clarify, and guide — not overpromise, pressure, or shortcut review.

    Producer training may include:

    • How to explain the Employer Program in plain English
    • How to talk to owners, CFOs, HR leaders, payroll teams, and benefits decision-makers
    • How to discuss Section 125 at a high level without pretending to be legal counsel
    • How to frame SIMRP and reimbursement concepts carefully
    • How to avoid unsupported tax or savings claims
    • How to position employee value without overpromising
    • How to document conversations and handoffs
    • How to identify when a reviewer or qualified professional needs to be involved
    The Producer Readiness System

A readiness system, not a training folder.

Accepted producers may receive access to Structur’d Academy, the internal development system behind the Structur’d producer path.

It is built to help developing producers learn the fundamentals, practice the conversations, repair weak spots, and prepare for coach-supported readiness review.

    Pre-Licensing Foundation

A structured path to learn core licensing concepts before moving into deeper field training.

    Employer Program Education

Training around payroll-funded benefits, employee value, compliance boundaries, and implementation readiness.

    Practice Exam Engine

Practice questions, explanations, scoring, and review cycles that show what is understood and what still needs work.

    Weak Spot Lab

Missed concepts become repair work instead of silent failure points.

    Genie Practice

A guided practice layer that helps learners explain ideas back, roleplay, and review weak concepts.

    A.B.I. Coaching Signals

A.B.I. surfaces readiness, activity, weak-spot, and coaching signals so support can be more targeted.

    Coach + Senior Agent Support

Technology surfaces the signal. Coaches and senior agents help develop the person. Approved reviewers make final gated decisions.

A smarter way to support development.

Genie is the learner-facing practice guide. It helps producers review missed concepts, explain ideas back, and practice conversations. A.B.I. is the signal layer underneath. It helps surface activity, stalled progress, weak spots, practice gaps, coaching priorities, and readiness signals.

    Field Readiness

This is for people who want to become useful, not just licensed.

    New Career Starters

You want a serious path into employer benefits, insurance, financial services, or protection-based conversations.

    Licensed Agents Who Need Structure

You have a license or experience, but need better systems, coaching, repetition, and consistency.

    Coachability-First People

You are willing to practice, take feedback, repair weak spots, and keep showing up.

    Mission-Driven Communicators

You care about helping people understand decisions, not just closing a transaction.

    Employer Program Producers

You want to learn how to communicate with owners, CFOs, HR leaders, payroll teams, and benefits decision-makers.

    Documentation-Minded Operators

You understand that trust is built through clarity, notes, follow-up, and clean handoffs.

    This is not for everyone.

    Not for shortcut seekers

If you are looking for a quick-money pitch, this is not the right environment.

Not for people who avoid practice

The development path is built around repetition, repair, and review.

Not for people who ignore compliance

    Trust-first communication matters here.

    Not for lone wolves

This works when you are coachable, trackable, and willing to improve.

Not for people who need guarantees

Participation does not guarantee licensing, contracting, compensation, sales, appointments, placement, or production opportunities.

    Not for pressure-first sellers

If your default is to push before understanding, this is not the right room.

    The conversations we train toward.

    Employer Review Conversations

How to help employers understand payroll-funded benefit review, employee value, compliance boundaries, and implementation readiness.

    Executive Clarity Conversations

How to communicate with business owners, CFOs, HR leaders, payroll teams, and operators.

    Employee Value Conversations

How to explain benefits clearly without confusing, pressuring, or overpromising.

    Follow-Up and Pipeline Discipline

How to document activity, follow up professionally, and move conversations forward.

    Compliance-Safe Language

How to avoid risky claims, unsupported tax language, and overpromised outcomes.

    Long-Term Service Mindset

How to build trust beyond the first conversation.

Our standard is not production alone.

Structur’d does not define a strong producer by activity or sales alone. A producer must be useful, consistent, coachable, and low-risk.

    01

    Production

Can you create real conversations and move opportunities forward?
